The Adult Fitness Center Powered By ACE Performance Lab now allows adults to work out at anytime the Performance Lab is Open in Chesterfield and Fenton. The Adult Fitness Center is located on the 2nd Floor in the NEW Chesterfield Sports Center on the backside of Spirit of St. Louis Airport. The 1400 Sq. Ft. workout area consists of cable machines, kettle bells, dumbbells, 4 squat racks and the Hyperice Recovery Area to allow parents to stay healthy and fit. All parents need to do is purchase the ACE Adult Membership for $100/Month and lift away. Our Performance Lab Directors have Adult Training Classes every morning Monday – Thursday from 6 and 7am that consist of High Volume and Strength Training and Fitness Training every Saturday Morning at 9am.
