ACE is growing and we will soon be offering Performance Training at our very own, state of the art, Facility at Legacy VTC called ACE performance Lab. This 5,000 square foot facility will have 8 squat racks, 8 assault performance bikes, kettlebells, dumbbells and much more. There will be an 85′ long x 15′ wide turf area to push sleds on and do speed and agility training as well. We will have our very own recovery area powered by Hyper Ice with normatec compression sleeves, theraguns, vibrating rollers and balls. Everything will be able for booking on our ACE Volleyball Lab app starting on July 15th. We will open on August 1st operating out of Velo Athletics next to our ACE Volleyball Lab and everything will move into our new facility on October 1st.
