Yes , you can book without the app. Go to www.mindbodyonline.com and search for Ace Volleyball Lab then create a profile. Once created click on the menu tab and choose appointment service, select the desired staff member and the time you would like to request, tap book an appointment to complete.

Early Cancellation: Up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, you can cancel with no fee & reschedule that sessions for a later date.

Late Cancellation: Cancellation pithing 24 hours of your scheduled session will result in a charge for the full amount of that session.

We do not offer refunds but we can exchange for ACE credit for any future services. Packages purchased are unable to be exchanged after 1 credit has been completed.

One year expiration date on the sessions or packages

You can book a 2 or 3 athlete lesson under each coaches availability. One parent must book for the whole group and then get reimbursed back from the  parents of the other athletes. Unfortunately, the system does not allow us to make multiple bookings for a group lesson.

A group lesson is with a maximum amount of 3 people inside of it with 1 Coach. A skills lab can have up to 12 people inside of it with 2 coaches at a time. Feedback is given on both group lessons and skills labs.

ACE Volleyball Lab can have up to 3 lessons at a time in the facility. The advantage of this is to have kids work on technical training for a portion of the lesson and then be able to turn those skills into a game like scenario within a group. Sometimes you will work with the other kids in the lesson due to age and skill level. Other times you may be working by yourself the whole time on the smaller setter/libero area.

Private Lessons, yoga classes and skills labs all run on the hour due to court availability. They start on the hour and finish on the hour. If you are late, unfortunately you are cutting into lesson time because of being late. This is all to keep the lessons running smoothly on time for the convenience of everyone.

Yes. At ACE, we use an application process to determine if and how much financial assistance you may qualify for. Complete the ACE Financial Assistance Questionnaire to see if you qualify. 

On the app, In the upper right hand corner there is a location icon. Click the Icon and select the other location.

The ACE Membership is a Membership that gives you unlimited Performance Training at ACE Performance Lab in Fenton. You can pick between any of our Performance Labs as many times per month as you would like.

Yes. The Ace Membership auto renews every month on the day you started it.

No. Due to the contract it shows as 12 months but it is a month to month contract?

Yes. You can cancel it at any time. Just contact us at acevblab@gmail.com and we will terminate for. You can terminate it yourself inside of your profile.

Select the trainer you would like to book with. Find the time that fits your schedule. Select book appointment and then select the 5 or 10 pack option. To use the remaining credits use the same 5 or 10 pack option once you select the time and it will pull from each credit.

The ACE Membership is for a month long. If your Membership will renew on the 14th it won’t let you book a lab after the 14th until it auto renews. Do not pay $40 just wait for it to renew.

No. As of now we only offer a Membership at the Performance Lab. We are currently trying to figure out a solution for the volleyball lab.

The ACE Labs app for iOS is currently having a small bug for bookin NEW Lessons only. If you have a 5 pack 5 10 pack you should still be able to book. If you have any questions or want to book please contact us acevblab@gmail.com
